Abstract: Rehabilitation using amplification requires a strong ability to associate the need, as expressed by the patient, with the features that most effectively delivers the desired therapeutic effect. This industry update will review the most current technological solutions from Phonak that are available for those with complex hearing needs including severe to profound hearing loss and single side deafness requiring CROS and Bi-CROS technologies. These technologies will be related to a variety of complex and interconnected patient needs.
