Abstract: Difficulty communicating in background noise is one of the most common complaints of individuals with hearing loss, even when wearing well-fit hearing aids. Roger is a digital adaptive microphone technology maintains a positive SNR benefit to improve speech understanding and decrease listening effort in noise and over distance.
