Abstract: This session will highlight several recently introduced and soon-to-be available features with Audioscan systems that facilitate accurate and efficient best practice hearing instrument verification with pediatric patients. Recent enhancements associated with simulated real-ear measurements in the test box will be reviewed, including venting corrections and automated verification to target capabilities. New developments in software-assisted probe tube placement for pediatric patients will be highlighted. In addition, upcoming capabilities supporting verification of bone conduction devices will be outlined.
