Vicki Gonzalez is an Associate Professor and Chief of the Division of Audiology in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She oversees clinical services in Audiology. Dr. Gonzalez received her AuD and PhD from the University of South Florida. Her interests include the assessment of candidacy, programming, and (re)habilitation for the cochlear implant population, expanding cochlear implant candidacy, audiology practice management, and the education of audiologists. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and was a member of the 2018 Jerger Future Leaders of Audiology Conference cohort. She currently serves as Chair Elect of the Student Affairs and Academic Standards Council.
