Alison Lacey graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a dual major in International Studies and French. She is currently a third-year AuD student at the University of Texas at Dallas and is excited to pursue a career in audiology. She has an interest in advanced diagnostics, medical audiology, and clinical research and enjoys working with both adult and pediatric populations.
She joined the Translational Auditory Perception (TAP) lab lead by Dr. Edward Lobarinas, PhD, in 2022, primarily assisting with data collection for the study 'Effect of Inner Hair Cell Loss and Afferent Damage on Functional Hearing in Chinchillas'.
