Dr. Megan Guidry is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Clinic Director in the Department of Communication Disorders at Louisiana State University Health Science Center New Orleans (LSUHSC). She obtained several years of clinical experience in private practice before transitioning to the university setting. Dr. Guidry’s areas of focus include audiologic assessment and (re)habilitative management of pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Guidry supervises students in the LSUHSC New Orleans faculty practice clinic and the Neuro-otology clinic at University Medical Center New Orleans. Dr. Guidry participates as a faculty mentor in LSUHSC’s Leadership Education Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) traineeship at LSUHSC New Orleans. LEND promotes interdisciplinary training with a concentration on early identification and management of children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. She maintains personal and professional fulfillment through her ability to mentor and assist in the development of future audiologists all while continuing to participate in patient care alongside exceptional colleagues.
