Dr Mark Flynn is Chief Audiology Officer at Sound Socuts and a Professor at the University of Newcastle in Australia. He was awarded a PhD (1998) from the University of Melbourne and is the winner of 22 individual and group prizes for his professional work. He has written over 100 publications and as held significant research roles at University, Industry and in Start ups. He is the inventor of 17 international patent families, and has received over $74M in grant funding.
He is passionate about the dleivery of innovation in hearing healthcare to address the need of people with hearing loss and to ensure equity of access to services.
