Soha Garadat, PhD, is an associate professor in the Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology at A.T. Still University Arizona School of Health Sciences. She earned her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Audiology and Audiology/Physiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following her doctoral studies, she pursued a three-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Kresge Hearing Research Institute at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, focusing on psychophysics and cochlear implants, supported by NIH/NIDCD T32 and F32 grants. She has held various academic and research positions globally and authored/co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and presented her research at national and international conferences. Her research focuses on improving cochlear implantation outcomes and understanding some of the factors underlying variability in performance using different physiological and psychophysical measures. Overall, Dr. Soha Garadat's extensive experience reflects her passion for improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss through research, education, and clinical practice.
