Alexandra Alfieri is a third and final year student in the School of Audiology at Pacific University, with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Syracuse University. She served as a Research Assistant in the Hearing Aid Simulation hosted by the Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) Pacific University Chapter for Speech Language Pathology graduate students. Alexandra is very active in professional organizations, serving as president of the Pacific University Chapter of the Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) from 2021-2022, and currently as the National SAA State Ambassador for Oregon. She also volunteers for National SAA, participating in the Programs and Education Committee. Alexandra is completing her externship at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health before graduating with her Doctorate of Audiology in August of 2024. She aspires to work at a university and become an educator to future doctoral students.
