Elyse Kady is currently a graduate student at Central Michigan University that has been studying for the past 3 years to obtain a doctoral degree in audiology. She received her bachelor's degree in science at Purdue University, where she studied Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, as well as Linguistics. For her doctorate project, she is investigating the objective and perceptual differences between hearing devices, specifically over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids, personal sound amplification products (PSAPs) and traditional audiologist recommended hearing aids.
