Brennen Bittel

Brennen L. Bittel, DO, is an associate professor and consult division section chief in the neurology department at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Bittel earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. Her internal medicine internship, neurology residency, and neurophysiology fellowship were completed at the University of Kansas. She is board certified in both neurology and clinical neurophysiology, and she has special interest in nerve conduction and electromyography testing. Dr. Bittel is a neurohospitalist and she specializes in complex neurological issues in an in-patient setting. She serves on the quality improvement committee for the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Bittel has been recognized several times as the top specialty consultant at KU Med by her peers.
