Sarah has spent her 30+ year career in Human Resources with the objective of linking strategy and employee performance to help businesses achieve a goal driven culture. She has developed recruitment strategies, training programs, engagement surveys and solutions, performance management processes, employee relations and compliance plans for medical practices, in addition to such diverse business sectors as higher education, apparel, and banking. Her background is further broadened by the 5 years she spent in the Air Force working on fighter jets. In addition to a Master’s Degree in Human Resources that kicked off her career, more recently, she earned a degree in Apparel Design from the Art Institute of Portland. In 2018, Sarah wrote the chapter on HR for the 2018 Audiology Practice Management Handbook for Thieme publishers and is working with Robert Traynor, Ed.D. on a next iteration.
