Mitra Britton is an audiologist currently in her third year of pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her research focuses are tinnitus, noise exposure, and aural rehabilitation. Particularly intrigued by interdisciplinary studies, she explores the broader impacts of noise exposure and tinnitus on overall health. Her ambition is to become a professor and establish her hearing research lab.
