Jane Mondul, Au.D., Ph.D., CCC-A, is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Johns Hopkins University. She completed her Au.D. (2017) and Ph.D. (2022) at Vanderbilt University. She has a variety of research interests and experience spanning basic, translational, and clinical domains with humans and animal models. Her current research investigates the role of the olivocochlear efferent system in hearing-in-noise. Her clinical interests include pediatrics and hearing conservation. Jane is especially passionate about integrating clinical perspectives with basic science in order to advance audiology education and professional autonomy.
