Dr Mostafa Youssif MD, PhD, CCC-A, FAAA. Associate professor of Audio-Vestibular medicine at Sohag university.
Dr. Youssif received his medical degree from Sohag faculty of medicine, Egypt, and master degree of Audiology from Ain Shams University in 2004. In 2007 he moved to USA where he received his PhD degree from University of Cincinnati, Ohio in 2012. Dr. Youssif got the ASHA CCC-A and the FAAA in 2011.
In 2012, he returned back to Sohag University, Egypt, where he participated in the first cochlear implant program in south of Egypt as coordinator of the program.
Dr. Youssif received many distinguished awards:
-Honored as Docotor Idol from the Egyptian medical syndicate for year 2015
- ASHA Audiology/Hearing Science Research Travel Award (ARTA) 2011.
-Best Clinical Research at UC Health University Hospital, May 2011.
-James Jerger Award for excellence in student research, American Academy of Audiology conference, 2011,
