Doctoral Student of Audiology
University at Buffalo
Buffalo, New York
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic third-year doctoral student in audiology, on a mission to make a significant mark in the field. My journey is driven by a passion for the field and a commitment to improving patients' lives. As a first-generation student, with a B.A in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in American Sign Language, I have laid a strong foundation for how I wish to shape my career.
My research focuses on the relationship between extended high-frequency thresholds and performance on standard audiometric assessments, which has honed my critical thinking skills and equipped me with invaluable insights in the field. I'm excited to share my research findings and learn from the esteemed professionals at this year's AAA conference. As a representative of the next generation of audiologists, I strive to advance the field, enhance patient care, and promote inclusivity and accessibility for all individuals.
