Kelly Jahn, AuD, PhD is an assistant professor of Speech, Language, and Hearing at The University of Texas at Dallas. Her research focuses on understanding how auditory perception and emotional sound processing evolve across the lifespan and as a consequence of hearing loss. She is particularly interested in improving outcomes for individuals who use cochlear implants and for those who experience hyperacusis (decreased sound tolerance).
